WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
FOR PRINTS
We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

** Due to shipping requirements, pieces with a long side greater than 40" or a short side greater than 30" may incur additional charges. Please see our Crate and Freight shipping policies below for more information.
Large Size Products and Crating Policies
Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost. All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.

- Crate for MetalPrints over 40x60 $20.00 (required)
Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping,
We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests
APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS?
- We do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.
- We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
- If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us with your order number for further instructions.
- All commissions and sales are final and nonrefundable, regardless whether they were requested through this website, or requested from the artist Arien Reed in-person, by email, by mail, by phone call, by text message, by social media, or by another form of interaction or communication. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us.
- Any and all payments made to the artist, Arien Reed, whether or not they are made via this website, are final and nonrefundable. This includes, but is not limited to, payments made by cash, Venmo, CashApp, Paypal, any type of check, wire transfer, digital currency, or by any method associated or not associated with this website.
Can I cancel my order?
All print sales are final. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days. Refunds, when they are possible, are only possible for orders placed through this website. Orders not placed through this website are not refundable.

Are you socially conscientious? | |
| I do my best! All artwork is made on land rightfully belonging to the Yokuts, Miwoks, and Chukchansi; as such, I donate 10% of my total net profits to the NDN Collective. I make every effort to reduce, reuse, recycle, and to use recycled, vegan, environmentally friendly, and cruelty-free materials. All artwork are made in a pet-free and smoke-free environment, and are shipped in nondescript packaging that gives no indication it is LGBTQ in nature for the safety of those who cannot share their pride with everyone they are living with. |
Do I have to be trans to commission a painting from you? | |
| No, you do not have to be trans! Only my collections are limited to trans people/experiences; commissions and miscellaneous works are open to all. |
Can I post to my social media images of your artwork? | |
| Of course! You are welcome and encouraged to post prints or commissioned artwork to your own social media. Please simply give me credit as the creator of the work, and it would be awesome if you tagged me using @arienreedart so others can discover my artwork too. |
I need the art in a size not listed. Can I get it in a custom size? | |
| Only commissioned artwork on paper or cardboard can come in custom sizes. Commissioned artwork on stretched canvas, stretched linen, gesso board, wood panel, acrylic panel, metal sheet, or other firm substrates are only available in certain sizes. Please message me for the current size availability on firm substrate commissions. |
